Thanks for all the pointers. Is SPARQL (or a subset thereof) what you
would like to see in Exhibit? (After all, not all research produces
results likely to fit a non-research audience; I'm not aware of how
SPARQL fares here.)

A stated (if, perhaps, blue sky) goal of becoming a first-class
citizen of the browser DOM does however suggest picking proven
favourites for strategically important choices, over inventing one's
own. At least if there are any on offer that are good enough. :-)
