Hi Bill,

It's better to specify the date/time in ISO 8601 format. So, in your 
data file, change

    <data>

to

    <data date-time-format="iso8601">

and then use the ISO 8601 format, e.g., "-0714" for 715 BC, and 
"-0723-03-15" for March 15th, 724 BC.
