Michael, For the dynamic one, the URL of the data is
http://www.w3.org/2005/08/online_xslt/xslt?&xslfile=http://sw.joanneum.at/sandbox/mailing2timeline.xslt&xmlfile=http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-in-xhtml-tf/2007Jun/ which comes from a different domain, i.e., www.w3.org. Timeline can only load data from the same domain as the html file, i.e., sw.joanneum.at in your case.
