Unfortunately, we can't develop an Exhibit extension for the Technology
Review website for you. We would, however, be more than happy to answer
any questions you might have if you decide to pursue the project
yourself. I've CC'ed the Simile general mailing list, which you can add
yourself to at http://simile.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/general, and there
are plenty of people on the mailing list who are quite capable and
willing to help you out with any issues that crop up.
