While working on my exhibit - www.internetaviser.dk/typologi.html - I
realized I wanted the ability to do and/or/not searches like in relational
databases.
For instance, if I select a property value in the property "services", I
would like the possibility to add another property value that is present
in items with the first selected property value (equivalent to AND). This
is similar to del.icio.us, where, if I select a tag, related tags are
displayed with the number of tags, a + sign, and a name of the tag.
Clicking the +, the selection is narrowed, choosing links with tag1 AND
tag2.

Secondly, I would like to be able to exclude any property value instead of
including it (equivalent to NOT). I have seen this in Adobe Photoshop
Elements Organizer, where you can either select all photos with any given
tag, or select all photos without any given tag.

I'm not sure if this use of operators is possible or desired with the
exhibit data model, but it would make sense in my exhibit ;-)
Most of the properties in my exhibit have multiple values, but I guess if
I had chosen to have each value as a boolean property, the kind of
searching described above would be easier.
