There are still a couple of issues that have to be solved before putting
it in the base.

(1) the encoding has always been a problem for me. I edit the file with
emacs and chose UTF-8 but still
"boîte" (when you clic on the scissor) is written "boîte"

(2) The date format is not correct. It is not only a problem of
translating; The code has to be changed. In French 3PM has to be written
15h.

I don't know something like
Exhibit.Formatter.l10n.AfterNoon + 12

(3) Abreviation that I don't understand: EEE, CE, BCE.
