The length of the bar must be at least 200px, the default size for
the label text.
If the bar is longer than that, the label will appear inside. If the
bar is shorter than that, the label will be to the right. Note that
the size is fixed - even if you have a short label like "foo" that
would fit in the bar, Timeline won't do it unless the bar is > 200px
wide.

duration bar and in others the title text appears to the bar’s
