Hi Kent,

Solvent requires Piggy Bank to be installed.  I'm a bit surprised it 
hasn't complained, but then it's not presently stated explicitly on 
Solvent's main page either.  I'll fix that.

Install Piggy Bank 3.0.2, http://simile.mit.edu/dist/piggy-bank/

We are contemplating separating Solvent from PB in the future, but for 
now the dependency exists for results processing.

And just to give a quick answer about downgrading Java on Windows, yes, 
you can, but it's not pretty:
