Like Mark, this didn't fix things for me. Replacing "2.0-beta5" with "2.0-SNAPSHOT" on all of the openrdf dependencies in pom.xml allows the server to start and respond to requests; however, without knowing the differences between the two versions of openrdf, I can't say whether I've broken something else in the process.
