You may want to work with the SVN trunk; 2.0-alpha-5-SNAPSHOT is set as a dependency in the 2.5.5 release, and it used to be available from our proxy, but due to changes it is no longer there.
In the trunk, the dependency plugin has been removed. It isn't necessary for Longwell's actual functioning.
