Technologically speaking, we already integrate welkin in longwell (which is an applet that consumes RDF input and longwell is able to export the raw RDF of any page) so it should be easy to do and a nice addition. Legally speaking, it's unfortunate but their license (the open software license) is OSI-certified but, being reciprocal, it's incompatible with BSD-derived ones so we can't incorporate that library with Longwell. We could very well put the hooks in and then users have to download the library from Aduna separately, but I'm not sure that would be that useful.
