First off, I would like to commend you all on a fantastic job in the development of this project and in the help I've seen provided here.
I'm am putting together an Exhibit with map and timeline views covering the operational history of the ship I was on (the USS King): http://www.uss-king.com/timeline9B.shtml I still have some formatting issues to take care of, but I want to make sure the mechanics of it are working well before I do. When this page loads in IE 7, you can see the whole map and (at least on my screen) the top half of the timeline. If I click on an event in the timeline that has a link in it (Event labeled "Commissioning" or "1961 Shakedown Cruise"), then try to click on "More." (or any other type of link), nothing happens. It doesn't always behave this way and there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason as to when it works. If I go into Firefox, it works flawlessly every time. I also ran it on another machine with IE7 with the same results. I don't currently have access to any machines running IE6 or below (or any other browsers), so I don't know how they'll react. Also related to this, I would like to coordinate the event bubbles similar to the US Presidents Exhibit in the online Exhibit examples. What I mean by that is that when I click on a timeline event, the bubble pops up for it on the timeline and on the map simultaneously (and vice-versa). Thanks! MD
