David, thank you for yuor help. Pease try again, I corrected it, it had no 
relation to IE problem.

Also is there a way to set value in <param> tag?
<param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param>

If I try ex:content a <span> element gets inserted inside the <param> tag.

Ivan,

So I went to that sample exhibit using Firefox and invoked the View Source command. Firefox's source view of the HTML code highlights a problem in red:

   <span ex:content=".description"</span>

The opening span tag seems to be missing its >. Could you please fix that and let me know if it suddenly works in IE?
