and also how's it going to be different than WebDAV? there seems to be a host of web-based lets-just-debug-from-an-end-statement efforts cropping up in the past year or two that re-invent existing stuff. e.g. openid. often imv the reasoning can be boiled down to "I couldn't understand their thick/dense specs, I'll just invent my own and it'll be more simple..."
