I am not sure if it is supposed to work this way but it appears that the 
geometry settings are selective about max and min.  if just one of your data 
points sinks below the min or above the max, they are ignored.  I would like to 
"zoom", if you will, in on parts of the plot.  I figured that i could do this 
by constraining the geometry.  I think it should strictly adhere to the max and 
min.  if an auto-fit is what someone wants, they would not use max and min.

Another question.  Is is possible to display non-continuous data without the 
endpoints being connected?  Do i put something special in the data file?
