Thanks for your response. The lines are exactly as you have given them.
As I mentioned, Exhibit only renders in wiki page previews, not on saved
pages. Examining the source of the respective pages shows that the
Exhibit API is not being called by the script in the header, though I
still cannot figure out why it still does so when I preview pages. Any
further help would be greatly appreciated.
