However, there are only 10 Subscribers there. I think it that it is because we (you) have not made people the presence of this announcement list recognized.
I believe it that http://ws.apache.org/ (top page) is the best place for us (you) to let people recognize this list. (cf. http://jakarta.apache.org/ )
