A couple of weeks before, I made a manual for the Axis project as
"How To Build Axis Project's Website". I think it also can be used
for other sub-projects on Apache Web Services Project.

The key of the manual is a new build file for each sub-projects.

Of course, it might require a small modification for reuse.
