[announce] XmlSchema 1.0.1 Released

The XmlSchema team is proud to announce the availibility of Apache
XmlSchema 1.0.1. The XmlSchema project is an API to read, write and
manipulate XML Schemas. This release includes:
o A new schema tutorial.
o Fix for serialization on Java 1.5
o Fix for the wrong targetNamespace being used when a schema is embedded 
in a WSDL
