Scout v0.7rc2 release (Need 1 vote from PMC)

Dims tells me that I need 3 votes from PMC to release Scout v0.7rc2 (bug fixes, maven2 build and pass of JEE5 TCK for jaxr).  I have 2 (mine and Dims).  I just need 1 vote from a PMC member to go ahead with the rc2 release.
