I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone this coming
Monday at the Xerces2 Workshop. In the morning I'll present
extremely detailed information on the Xerces2 architecture
and implementation. And then we'll spend the afternoon
resolving open issues and discussing the future of the
project.

As I'm writing up the material for the morning session, I'm
realizing that there is a *lot* of information. So I may
need to use a little time after lunch to finish anything
that we weren't able to cover in the morning. But there's
no reason to worry because we have plenty of time. And if
you're like me, then the really nitty-gritty stuff is the
most interesting part of the presentation, anyway! :)

In preparation for next Monday, I thought that I would send
out this email with the last minute details for the event.
For convenience, at the bottom of this email I've included
the workshop details again as well as driving directions to
the IBM site. If you have any additional questions regarding
the day, don't hesitate to contact me.

Aside from the details, though, I need to know a few things
from all of the attendees. First, do you have any special
diet restrictions? Please let me know so that I can make
special arrangements for your lunch. Also, I want to know
if anyone wants to present any information at the workshop.
If not, that's OK but at least *think* of issues and
questions to help drive the afternoon conversations.

  * NOTE: Sunnyvale/Saratoga Ave. *IS* DeAnza Blvd. Like
every street in the Bay Area, it has three different
    names! ;)

In all cases:

1) If you hit Homestead Road, then you're going the wrong way.
   Turn around.
2) If you hit Stevens Creek Blvd., you've gone too far. Turn
around. And remember that now IBM will be on the left, across
the street (diagonally) from the Donut Wheel.
