Ok,

Seems to me that the AxKit donation is approved.   Once we get
the contributor agreements all lined up I think we'll be set to go.

As with all projects, the PMC will monitor the evolution of the community
around AxKit, to ensure that a vital community springs up around the AxKit
code base.   The typical review period for this is around 6months.
