Hi Josh,

Lots of Neils in the world, and I expect this bug was opened by another one
since I've never opened any bugs against Crimson. In fact, I know almost
nothing about crimson. Questions/bug reports about that product tend to
end up on [EMAIL PROTECTED], which Is why I've cc'd that list in
responding to you. Hopefully someone out there can help.

BTW: have you tried Xerces-J? That's the product I do work on and
hopefully it doesn't have this bug.

Cheers,
Neil

Subject: humble request for help with bug in Crimson

Neil-

My company is using the Crimson XML parser, and we're running into what we
believe is a bug in Crimson. I did a search in Google, and found a
description of our bug in this post:

Bug in crimson org.apache.crimson.parser.InputEntity class
From: Guillermo Coscarelli
Subject: Bug in crimson org.apache.crimson.parser.InputEntity class

Hi!
I think I found a bug in this class. I was parsing
an xml file and suddenly a InternalError arised ( "fillbuf", line
545).
The problem was that the last element of the buffer
was a ']' and the code fails in that case.
Hope it helps!
Didn't find a bugzilla category for crimson.
Regards,
Neil.

I'm a little confused - the post appears to be by Guillermo Coscarelli, but
I see your first name at the bottom of it. Anyway, do you know if this bug
has been fixed? How do I get the fix?

Thanks.
