Ooops! My bad since I meant to nominate someone and then got caught up
in too much other work lately.

+1 to running the vote on commons-dev@xml, since that is the mailing
list that the commons community should be living on.

+1 to announcing the vote on general@xml, since technically according
to the charter of the commons project, all xml committers are commons
committers.

My nominations for commons PMC rep would be either myself, David
(Crossley) or Ilene since we three are the most active here, and since
Ilene is already the Xalan PMC rep.  Other suggestions welcome, of
course.
