Hi Dirk,

Hmmm; somehow my intent seems to have been misperceived somewhere.  Of
course the whole process of deeming someone inactive must take months; but
once someone appears to be inactive surely it isn't necessary to wait
months more awaiting for confirmation?

That said I'm not at all wed to 72 hours; if folks think a week is better
then that's fine.  I'm just not sure you wouldn't risk losing a lot of
momentum if desicisions could be held up much longer than that while
waiting to see who's still on board.

You really want to think on terms of weeks or months; or even half a year.
People have lives, relatives, holidays - there is a real world out there
which rotates at a fraction of our speed.
