The XML project has 3 proposed PMC changes.
1. Ilene Seelemann has requested to step down from the PMC.
2. Brian Minchau to step in to become the replacement Xalan rep.
3. Erwin van der Koogh to step in to become the replacement xml-security rep (post Christian stepping down as per previous e-mail).
As required by XML charter, PMC held a vote for Brian and Erwin, with a result of 18 +1s and 4 "did not vote". No -1s.
