Agreed. I think it would be better for us to use
PGP signatured e-mails when you all announcement your
news at [EMAIL PROTECTED] (The ASF-Wide announcement list).

Also:
When you make an announcement to [EMAIL PROTECTED],
it would be recommended of you to put 3-5 lines blurb
of the projects.
