[resolver] Any Perl or C++ implementations

Hi all, I posted this on the commons list earlier, it was recommended I 
post on the general discussion list.

I'm diggin around for a similar implementation of [resolver] for Perl or
C++ versions of Xerces. Has anyone heard of one?
