Adding Berin's +1 to Shane's email

Also - can I suggest a drop dead date of Friday next week (seems long 
enough?).  Our charter requires 100% votes, but I think we have to be 
pragmatic (and ++1 to Shane's other comment in another e-mail about 
changing the charter on this front.)

As you may be aware, Peter B. West (from the FOP sub-project) wanted to

down from the PMC last November. Somehow this slipped by and we never
voted for his replacement: Joerg Pietschmann.
