Thanks, Berin & Ted. Based on: 1. this thread
2. Noel's response on the incubator general list: http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]&msgNo=3721 3. the xmlbeans community's opinion about being ready to leave the incubator: http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]&by=thread&from=803501 4. and the (somewhat quiet) agreement that becoming a TLP was the right move for XMLBeans: http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]&by=thread&from=767529 I think it's time to propose a vote of the XMLBeans PPMC to graduate from incubation and become a TLP. Following the lead of Geronimo, I assume this vote should be conducted on the incubator general list. I'll send that off now. I'd wait for Steven's opinion, but I'm pretty sure he would agree, based on his previous posts.
