Crimson is distributed under the Apache License version 1.1. You can
find it here: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xml/crimson/trunk/LICENSE

It's not good that there's no license file in the distribution but I
don't think that will ever change since the project is dead. BTW, you'd
probably better use Xerces-J rather than Crimson. Crimson has many
issues and is rather outdated.
