It's probably true that the ServiceRequest in the RequestContextType
needs to be a list. But even with the .zip you sent me, I still don't
reach this point, I always get the same AttributeError
'AuthorizedUserType' object has no attribute 'gds_format_string'.

So we need to find out why you can't reproduce my error. I tried with
Python 2.6.1 and Python 2.7.1 on a Windows XP machine, using the
generateDS version downloaded from
http://www.rexx.com/~dkuhlman/generateDS-2.6a.tar.gz
(I also tried to download a tarball of the CVS repository of the
Sourceforge repository, but without success).

Would you like me to try it on my wife's Ubuntu machine?
Or do you see other possible explanations?
