Florian, I've pushed my changes to the repository at Bitbucket. It survives my tests so far.
You can retrieve it with Mercurial from this location: https://[email protected]/dkuhlman/generateds The two new command line options that you suggested and that you will want to use are --no-collect-includes and --no-redefine-groups.
