Florian, I've pushed my changes to the repository at Bitbucket. It survives my tests so far.
You can retrieve it with Mercurial from this location: https://dkuhl...@bitbucket.org/dkuhlman/generateds The two new command line options that you suggested and that you will want to use are --no-collect-includes and --no-redefine-groups. Next week I'll do some more testing and will release a new version. In the meantime, if you have problems with it or have more suggestions, please let me know. Thanks for all your help with this.
