Yep, we soent quite some time re-writing core dialup procedures, which
resulted in the 'Genesis' component.

Yes, 4.5 was released as 'v4.5 Dialup', which was a dialup only version of
AmiTCP Professional. However, there was also a v4.5 Pro kernel as well.
