Genesis always ships with a serial code. The serial code is on the accompanying registration card. You can also see this by going to the *about* window from the main Genesis menu. ie. start Genesis, go to the menu, go to about, and you'll see your serial code in there. You *only* need to send the first few digits. The digits before the first '-'. Chris.
