Hello,
I'm writing because I need some explaination about Genesis.
I've sent my mail-order with credit-card charge about 4 months ago (on
09/07/99).
I received the 2 floppy-disks with the Genesis program, and of course a
postcard with my reg. number that I returned to Active-Net by mail.
I installed Genesis from floppy. As soon as I open Genesis, I click "enter
serial code". Once I give my personal information and my reg. number in order
to make it produce the key-file directly in my disk, It says that my reg.
number is invalid, and it says wrong code!!!!!!!!
I put inside the long number I received. I mailed Active-Net 4/5 time since I
bought Genesis and the payment has been done, and they NEVER answered
me!!!!!!!!
I tried to start Genesis reg-utility a lot of times and enter the code but it
always says that the code is wrong!!!!
