OK, is anyone else (esp. Vapor/Active) aware of/annoyed by the fact
that the Events section in the Genesis prefs doesn't work properly?
I had a discussion a while ago on the demon.ip.support.amiga newsgroup
about this and a number of people on there agreed there was a weird
problem. I've only just got round to writing to this list about it.
*SOME* events work, yeah, but sometimes you can put in a script, even with
full path, and it just doesn't execute. At the time I was discussing it
on disa we tried allsorts to track the problem down but couldn't, however
we did conclude that it was in some way Genesis' fault since a script that
worked perfectly OK when executed from a shell simply didn't run when
placed in the Genesis Events section.
Any comments?
