If you're using Win98, can't you use the Windows Dialin Server (which is a
part of Win98 although I'm not sure if it's installed by default)? I have
no idea whether this is possible or not, but it's worth a look at.
Not sure what your DUN problem is, just try My Computer/Dial Up
Networking/Make New Connection and put in a few settings (any old ones will
do for now) and then try to get it talking to your miggy.
