As stated on the NC ML, the situation is not as 'clear cut' as this, and, as
we speak is being resolved via a third party - so we can get a *working*
appp.device (which reboots machines, with numerous ISP's and was reported
months ago) and Bickel can get paid.

Quite what going public with this, at this point of time, when trying to
resolve the appp.device dispute, is a very strange situation.
