The status of Genesis is peculiar at best. Genesis is a support package
for AmiTCP and an arrangement was made to license Genesis to Haage &
Partner but Genesis author's AmiTCP license was not transferable. There
were many messages on the various networks about how some arrangement was
going to have to be made between H&P and the owner of AmiTCP to make
everything legal.
