The 3rd_fiasco archive is a snapshot of the "old" Fiasco subversion repository. This Fiasco version implements more or less the L4.V2 specification while Fiasco.OC has a fairly different (capability-based) interface. Currently, Genode does not support the new interface. However, I know of at least one unofficial effort to bring Genode to FOC, but have no information about its state or plans for publication.
