I've checked a few times now; SOL is enabled and IDER is enabled. So
I'm baffled.

Yeah, that surprised me. At least on this laptop, I have to hit the
blue "ThinkVantage" button before it'll let me hit Ctrl-P to reach the
AMT options. The Ctrl-P shortcut doesn't seem to work at any other
time, contrary to what various people on the Internet have written.
