Hi Ariel, It is pretty easy for us to generate those, and the file is now available from our test server:
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/droYak1/liftOver/droYak1ToDroYak2.over.chain.gz Since that is our test server, please keep in mind that any data you get there has not necessarily been through our rigorous QA process.
