Hi, I have a list of genes (with common names and UniProt ID's). I can get the genome coordinates for most of them from build36, but can't find all of them in build34 and 35. Is it better to use Liftover (e.g., convert Build36 coordinates to build35) or is there a specific set of IDs I can use to get all the genes from an older build?
