Hi Zhi-Qiang, The Entrez gene ID is in the field 'locusLinkId' in the refLink table. (Entrez used to be called Locus Link.) It is also in the 'knownToLocusLink' table, which relates UCSC Genes to Entrez gene IDs, but the refLink table is updated more frequently.
