I am a regular user of the Intersection feature on the Table Browser. I find it to be very useful and accurate. One thing I think would be very simple to add is an optional gap between the datasets. I often find it useful to know whether things are within 500bp or some other distance to know whether there is a potential regulatory interaction, even if there is no base overlap. Currently, the only way I can see to do this is to artificially modify my .bed files to add my desired gap on the ends. Then I do the intersection and afterwards remove the extra bp I had added. I think it would be a feature that others would use as well.
