Hello Megan, Would you please send some info and we can troubleshoot: 1) what type of computer are you using (PC, MAC) 2) OS of computer, including version 3) version of Internet Explorer that you are using 4) the url that you are attempting to access
As a quick check before we go to far, you might try resetting your browser's save information, this occasionally can cure problems.
