Hi In download section of Zebrafish( http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer4/multiz7way/) recent update of maf/upstream*.maf.gz is done and mentioned that updates are on weekly basis. I have a query that the update of "maf/upstream*.maf.gz" is done using which version i.e Zv6 or Zv7 as rest of the alignment (Genome alignment) is on Zv6.
