Hello, A search on the first term (TREX1) brings up multiple matches to data from several tracks. The alignment information for any of these can be retrieved from the Table browser directly from the tracks that the annotations belong to.
What exactly was the problem you were encountering? Include Table browser steps so that I can attempt to duplicate and offer help.
