Hi. In the phastcon files for hg18 I see header lines such as: fixedStep chrom=chr6 start=5001 step=1
I'm assumming that the start=5001 indicates that the first row reported in the file is for the 5001st base in the file, but I wanted to check and confirm that my assumption is correct.
